Thanks for choosing OTW as the supplier for your new model submarine. We find the best way to work with you is by phone, or failing that, by email.

Please fill in the form below so that we may contact you or email us at otwdesigns7@gmail.com. We prefer phone contact where practicable, so please supply your phone number (with international dialing code), and your timezone (so that we don't call you at 3am by mistake).

Please tell us what you would like to order, and include any questions you would like us to answer. We'll usually respond to you within 24 hours.

Please note: all prices are in £ - UK Pounds and are subject to change - please check with us before ordering. Prices are for the kit (hull) only - propulsion and dive systems are extra cost items.
There is a 30% re-stocking fee for cancelled orders, and shipping is extra cost unless otherwise stated.

We aim to answer all enquiries within 24 hours. If we do not respond within this time or if you get an error message using the form, please try sending a regular email.

If you still do not recieve a reply within 24 hours after that, this is probably due to a spam-filter issue, in which case please accept our appologies and try another means of communication below.
